After the aquisition of an X9 sequencing machine by Biotools in the Hoffman lab, the first lab project to be tested on this machine is the edulis project (my PhD). I selected SNPs with David Vendrami, that we will test on this machine.
Ultimately, the purpose of this machine will be to replace microsatellites completely.
